1. JWZ-EBM650D is designed for producing 5-12L jerrycan, adopt three-layer continuous type die head, two-platen U-type carriage, and up-blowing unit. Equipped with automatic feeding system, online automatic de-flashing system, online leakage testing,and conveyor unit. This intelligent unmanned/mimimized-manual-operation blow molding production line significantly reduces labor intensity while enhancing productivity.
2. Utilizes B&R automation control system, supporting multi-task time-sharing operation with high automation level. Advanced HMI replaces conventional control system. The new-generation programmable computer controller integrates PLC and industrial PC functions, enabling parameter storage. 400-point parison thickness control system combined with servo electric cylinders ensures precise parison thickness. Centralized operation status display with open architecture and fieldbus interface.
3. Two-platen U-type carriage design with linear rolling guide for mold opening&closing via electric drive. Features low friction resistance, superior motion characteristics, and high clamping precision. Servo-controlled swing arms ensure accurate, reliable and repeatable operation with easy setup. Enables smooth and silent movement. The mold frame features uniform clamping, large clamping force, large mold capacity, and easy to disassemble.
4. Full-electric servo motor drive system:
All processes (material plastication, extrusion, mold movement, blow molding) employ high-performance servo motors, completely replacing traditional hydraulic technology. More energy-saving and environmentally.
