Masterbatch Extruder

The screw of the masterbatch extruder series consists mainly of two parallel cylindrical screws, which rotate to the opposite direction. Parallel double screw rotational speed is low, less heat, shear stability of the materials in the barrel, uniform, screw for material conveying ability is strong, have good exhaust effect at the same time, is conducive to the stability of masterbatch extruder's product quality.

The masterbatch from extruder line is mainly used for coloring polymers, and mainly classified as black masterbatch, white master batch, color masterbatch, and liquid masterbatch.

Masterbatch Extruder Performance and Advantages


The barrel structure of the twin-screw extruder is the same as the barrel structure of the single-screw extruder, and it is also divided into an integral barrel and a segmented combined barrel. In twin-screw extruders, intermeshing counter-rotating twin screw extruder machine and conical twin-screw extruders generally use integral barrels; only a few large extruders use segmented combined barrels for the purpose of Facilitate machining and save some of the more expensive alloy steel. 

Intermeshing co-rotating twin-screw extruders mostly use segmented barrels. The segmented barrel is divided into several sections of equal length.
