The "ace up PEEK's sleeve" lies in its unique molecular structure - alternating benzene rings and ether bonds form a "flexible yet rigid" framework, endowing it with four "killer features".
High Temperature Resistance: It can be used at a long-term temperature of up to 260°C and withstands short-term temperatures above 300°C (50°C higher than common engineering plastics), making it the "heat-resistant champion" for aerospace engines and satellite components.
Corrosion Resistance: It shows "zero reaction" to acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents. Even when immersed in concentrated sulfuric acid, it does not degrade, serving as a "corrosion barrier" for chemical equipment and marine engineering.
High Strength: With a tensile strength of 90 MPa (far exceeding the 60 MPa of aluminum alloys), it has strong fatigue resistance. Machine tool guides made from it have a lifespan twice as long as steel parts.
Lightweight: With a density of only 1.32 g/cm³ (compared to 2.7 g/cm³ for aluminum alloys), it is the "preferred material" for "lightweight" applications in aerospace.

The production line adopts an integrated design with a modular structure, featuring compact design and convenient operation.
The extruder screw structure is specially designed for special plastics such as PEEK. The screw and barrel are made of special alloy steel, which is highly strong, corrosion-resistant, and does not fall off, ensuring product quality.
The shaping table adopts a new shaping structure, allowing for convenient online adjustment of the center height and process temperature. A dual shaping device can be used as needed.
The traction machine adopts a damping design, with power controlled by servo motors and star-shaped reducers, ensuring stable operation.
The cutting machine uses imported motors and saw blades, and a specially designed program and customized saw blades can make the cutting process less prone to edge breakage.
The whole machine uses Siemens PLC and control touch screen for linkage, allowing for remote operation and monitoring.
It has strong versatility, and by replacing molds, it can be used to produce plates, rods, thick-walled pipes, etc. on the same production line.

PEEK in the Automotive Industry
PEEK can be used to manufacture various components such as engine liners, bearings, ABS valves in braking and air conditioning systems, gaskets, clutch ring gears, standard parts, etc. It can also be used to make turbine compressors, pumps, valves, wires and cables, electric seat gears, etc. Due to its excellent friction resistance and mechanical properties, PEEK can replace metals in key components, making it an important material for achieving automotive lightweighting.

PEEK in semiconductor manufacturing
Wafer carriers, CMP retention rings, can withstand highly pure chemical reagents and strict cleanliness requirements.

PEEK in the medical healthcare industry
PEEK sheets are manufactured into dental implants and artificial joints. Due to its "good biocompatibility" (which does not cause body rejection), it has become the "new favorite" in orthopedic surgeries, being more comfortable than metal implants.

PEEK in the industrial field
High-performance seals, wear-resistant bearings, valve components, chemical pump impellers, etc., all facing harsh working conditions.

In the aerospace field
Inside the aircraft, there are wire harness clips and tube clips, rotor blades, cabin door handles, insulation cover films, composite fasteners, lashing straps, wire harnesses, corrugated sleeves, etc.; externally, there are radar antenna covers, landing gear hub covers, manhole covers, fairing brackets, etc. In addition, PEEK resin can also be used to manufacture battery compartments for rockets, bolts, nuts, and components of rocket engines, etc.

The PEEK board rod extrusion production line is the key bridge for realizing the value of "the king of plastics". Through precise processes, it transforms the extraordinary potential of PEEK materials into reliable high-performance products, continuously driving breakthroughs and innovations in cutting-edge fields such as healthcare, aviation, and semiconductors. On the path of striving for lighter, stronger, and more durable materials, this production line and the PEEK materials it produces are undoubtedly indispensable cornerstone forces.
