The production methods of spandex machine include melt extrusion, reactive spinning, solution dry spinning and solution wet spinning. Each method involves the initial step of monomer reaction to form a prepolymer. The prepolymer then reacts further in various ways to produce growing fibers.

Spandex is the earliest developed and most widely used variety in elastic fiber, and it is also the most mature spandex machine production technology. There are usually two spandex machine manufacturing methods of spandex yarn, dry spinning and melt spinning. The melt spinning method of our company does not use solvent, there is no three wastes in the production process of spandex machine, and the product does not contain toxic components.
